The complainant has requested information about hunting activity around Skiddaw. The Lake District National Park Authority refused the request as vexatious. The Commissioner requires the Authority to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation: issue a fresh response, under the EIR, to the request, which does not rely on regulation 12(4)(b).
